I am definitely not a super sleeper. There are times when I awake in the morning and I am still tired. Maybe your quiz could change some of the questions. Thanks.

I agree with Lil...I don't feel it asked the right questions regarding interrupted sleep. I am not a bad sleeper but definitely not a super sleeper.

Quiz didn't reflect true sleeping habits as I'm not a super sleeper, but wake in the middle of sleep and it's difficult to get back to sleep. Maybe the questionnaire should factor in interrupted sleep as part of it's measure.

I swear by the Melatonin 5mg, especially travelling, taking 2 of these, ensures a restful sleep, and less jet lag for me.

Silly quiz. I am always tired, have disturbed sleep and need a nap through the day. Yey this quiz tells me I am a super sleeper.
