We are aware that these caplets are relatively large making them difficult to swallow for some people. Unfortunately it is impossible to deliver the desired potency in a smaller caplet. The physical density of the components cannot be changed, meaning that these vitamins and minerals will occupy a specific, consistent volume that corresponds to the size of our caplets.
Jamieson does, however, manufacture four different levels of multivitamins that get smaller in size as the potency levels decrease. For example, Basic Vita-Vim is a considerably smaller caplet. We also manufacture Chewable Vita-Vim and the new Vita-Vim for Women, which is available in capsule form and may be easier for you swallow.
For products that are too large to swallow without difficulty, we recommend either breaking the caplet in half or crushing it and sprinkling the powder in yogurt or over cereal.
