Who We Support
Toronto Wildlife Centre
Canada’s busiest wildlife centre, Toronto Wildlife Centre (TWC) opened in 1993 thanks to the efforts of volunteers. Since then, the TWC has admitted more than 52,000 wild animals — some 270 different species — in need of rescue or medical care. The TWC’s Wildlife Hotline receives 30,000 calls each year from concerned citizens reporting sick, injured or orphaned animals in need of rescue. Jamieson is the lead sponsor of TWC's Wildlife Rescue Program.
Essex Region Conservation Authority (ERCA)
ERCA was established in 1973 with the aim of managing conservation issues and restoring the region’s original character. Located at the tip of southern Ontario, ERCA has jurisdiction in nine municipalities (including the City of Windsor, Township of Pelee and seven municipalities in Essex County), collectively known as Canada’s “South Coast.” To fairly represent the needs of all regional stakeholders, ERCA manages its natural resources on a watershed basis. By 2020, ERCA hopes to achieve a sustainable, balanced environment, highlighted by clean creeks and rivers, thriving natural areas and productive agricultural lands.

World Society for the Protection of Animals
The World Society for the Protection of Animals is the world’s largest alliance of animal welfare societies. The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust

Named in memory of naturalist David Leslie William Sheldrick, who served for nearly 30 years as the warden of Tsavo East National Park in Kenya, the trust is dedicated to the management of Tsavo and Kenyan wildlife, with a focus on wildlife preservation, particularly young orphaned elephants and rhinos.

The International Fund for Animal Welfare (IAFW) works to improve animal welfare, prevent animal cruelty and abuse, protect wildlife and provide animal rescue around the world. The IFAW develops solutions that benefit animals and people, and its reach ranges from stopping the elephant ivory trade and ending the Canadian seal hunt to saving whales from extinction.
